Returns & Refunds

While we hope you will love everything Whilst we hope you will love everything that you order from us, we understand that sometimes something isn’t quite right. If this is the case you have 14 days to send it back to us.

As our products are handmade and at times made to order, we do not offer refunds on change of mind. So please ensure you make the right choice before ordering. All returns must be authorised by us before sending merchandise back. You must send a Refund and Return form to mail@studioflek.com within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

Once we have authorised your request, we will email you the return instructions. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed
